SAW-Z系列螺柱焊接自動(dòng)化平臺(tái)是一種高精度、高效率全自動(dòng)數(shù)控螺柱焊接系統(tǒng).3軸傳動(dòng)均采用高精度滾珠絲桿線性模組,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,定位精度高,使用壽命長;控制系統(tǒng)采用工業(yè)級(jí)工控電腦主板及運(yùn)動(dòng)控制卡,交流伺服驅(qū)動(dòng);焊機(jī)選用SAW-D型儲(chǔ)能焊接機(jī)(也可配SAW-3600A型DSP高頻逆變螺柱焊機(jī)).Z軸由電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),可配一把焊槍或多把焊槍.

SAW-Z series of stud welding automation platform is an automatic CNC Stud Welding System with high precision and high efficiency. 3-axis is driven through linear guidance with ball bearing, which ensures stable operation, high positioning accuracy ang long life of the system. the control system uses the industry-level industrial computer mainboard, motion control card and AC servo drive, while the welding machines use SAW-D capacitor discharge welding machine (also with SAW-3600A DSP-based high-freuency inverter stud welder).Z-axis which is a motor-driven, can be euipped with one or more guns.
